The company has been in operation since 1992 and strives to provide individual professional services to its sellers and buyers.  Our integrity is very important to us. 

Our marketing program begins with a professional evaluation to properly position a business within the competitive market area.  A comprehensive marketing package is then prepared for discreet distribution to qualified prospects who have signed a Confidentiality Agreement.  If a prospect wants to pursue the business, a meeting is arranged between the seller and buyer to discuss the more proprietary aspects of the company.  If this meeting is successful, it is then appropriate for the seller and buyer to exchange financial information.  CONFIDENTIALITY is extremely important, and total discretion is used to protect both the seller’s and buyer’s privacy, livelihood, and investment.

About Pat Jones

Pat Jones is the Manager/Broker for Pat Jones Business Brokers, specializing in the evaluation, marketing, and sale of businesses and franchises.  Her training, experience, and background provide her with the expertise needed to provide quality service.

Pat earned an MBA from Eastern New Mexico University-Portales.  She owned a business for sixteen years, worked as Executive Director of a Chamber of Commerce, and taught nine years at Eastern New Mexico University-Roswell.  While teaching in Roswell, New Mexico, she started the Business Brokerage company and later moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico.  She continues to operate it after relocating to Georgia in 2004.  While living in Albuquerque, she also worked as a an Adjunct Professor for the University of New Mexico Anderson Schools of Management, Wayland Baptist University, and Eastern New Mexico University-Roswell and was an Ambassador for the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce.  She now uses her marketing and analytical skills to provide a needed service for the Atlanta area.  She is also involved with the Chamber of Commerce and other organizations in the Atlanta area and served on the board of the Georgia Association of Business Brokers.

About Tim Greene

Tim Greene is a Business Broker for Pat Jones Business Brokers, specializing in the evaluation, marketing, and sale of businesses and franchises. His technical expertise, analytical background, and experience in managing and owning businesses enable him to provide professional services to buyers and sellers of businesses. 

Tim earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Ohio Northern University. He has been a Registered Professional Engineer since 1984 and began his employment in the Engineering Department with Marathon Petroleum Company in Findlay, Ohio. A number of promotions led him to Indianapolis, Indiana, back to Findlay, Ohio, and then to Atlanta, Georgia. While in Atlanta, he held the position of District Manager in the Terminal and Transport Department. He managed and was responsible for sixteen pipeline and bulk fuel storage and truck loading facilities throughout the southeast. He was subsequently employed by and had part ownership interest in an industrial company that provided services to the oil, paper and power industries. That company was a fast growing organization that grew primarily through acquisition of existing operating companies. 

In 1999, Tim purchased a concrete services business and grew sales volumes, later adding a significant volume of asphalt paving. He sold that profitable business in 2008 and is now utilizing his knowledge and expertise to assist sellers and buyers of businesses. As a licensed Real Estate Agent, a member of the Georgia Association of Business Brokers, and through the proven web sites and connections, he has global access to buyers and sellers.
